E só tinha 2 guichês aberto sendo que são 7 !!!perdi muito tempo na fila !!!! Na próxima não compro mais !!!!vc precisam rever a gestão de pessoal !!!! Bom dia !!obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja bem organizado e limpa, Porém ao pagar pelas mercadorias ,Havia apenas uma operadora de caixa, Após 5 minutos chegou mais duas operadoras, e minha esposa gestante, ficou aguardando na fila preferencial, que estava apenas minha esposa, por 5 minutos, eu vendo que ninguém chamava ela e apenas a fila que estava com mais gente, fui questionar a gerente se eles não exercia o DIREITO de caixa preferencial? Ela disse que sim e aí chamou minha Esposa, após 10 ou 15 minutos aguardando, Ao efetuar o pagamento ,eu tirei foto do site da loja para poder fazer 7ma observação sobre o atendimento, e enquanto isso duas operadoras com tom de deboche, falavam rindo: O que será que ele vai fazer com essa foto?
Bom eu não consegui ter acesso ao site da loja, Mas estou aqui mostrando a minha indignação e falta de respeito para com o cliente , está loja que tem grande nome, porém por conta de um ou 2 funcionários,deixa a desejar. Por isso tem minha péssima avaliação.
