★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a muitos anos , mas uma coisa que eu não estou gostando e que eles colocam a gente em um sorteio sem nis pwrgunta se queremos , temos que ficar bem atentos com as notas , porque vc compra 100 o certo e ser 2× de 50 eles jogam um sorteio que quando a gente vai perceber ja nao e 2× 50 e sim um juros encima , por conta disdo estou quase cancelada o cartão da Marisa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaram minhas peças foram cobrado peças a mais tento entrar em contato com a loja e só chamar se não atendem pra que ter telefone no local e quando atende desligam falta de respeito com cliente nunca mais compro nessa loja e não recomendo
They passed my parts they were charged for more parts I try to contact the store and only call if they don't answer why have a phone on site and when they answer they hang up lack of respect for the customer I never buy from this store again and I don't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, passam na frente clientes com poucas peças, priorizando quem não dá lucro pra loja. Promoções não são aplicadas no caixa, se o cliente não prestar atenção já era. As caixas são muito incisivas pra te fazer ter o cartão mesmo você negando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, loja limpa, grande, muitas opções, antigamente os funcionários era bem ignorantes ou antipáticos, mas fui essa semana e o atendimento foi outro, continue priorizando funcionários que gostam de trabalhar com isso, sei que tem clientes insuportáveis trabalho com atendimento ao público, mas a educação é a chave ?

Good service, clean, large store, many options, in the past the employees were very ignorant or unsympathetic, but I went this week and the service was different, keep prioritizing employees who like to work with this, I know there are unbearable customers I work with public service , but education is the key ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz uma compra no valor a abaixo de R$70,00 e funcionários do caixa parcelaram em 8x sem minha autorização e cheio de juros, liguei na central consegui resolver mas nunca chegou o boleto, agora chega um email com um valor que não condiz com o acordo e ainda me dando um prazo que se eu não pagar meu nome vai para o Serasa.
Sei que de nada adianta reclamar no site pois o erro está no quadro de funcionários que infelizmente parece que não aprenderam nada no treinamento,uma grande vergonha!
Obs.: Fui atendida no último horário da loja, e os funcionários cochichando, ou seja, precisavam bater a meta e acharam viável mentir para os clientes.
Terrible service, I made a purchase worth less than R$70.00 and cashier employees paid in 8 installments without my authorization and full of interest, I called the center I managed to resolve it but the ticket never arrived, now an email arrives with an amount that I did not consistent with the agreement and still giving me a deadline that if I don't pay my name it will go to Serasa.
I know that there is no point in complaining on the site because the error is in the staff who unfortunately seem to have learned nothing in the training, a great shame!
Obs.: I was attended at the last time of the store, and the employees were whispering, that is, they needed to reach the goal and found it viable to lie to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo a loja, e os preços das roupas, porém, essa em especifico por estar no centro deveria ter o dobro de atenção em relação à pandemia. As pessoas não respeitam o distanciamento, e não tem absolutamente ninguém controlando isso, somente alguém com microfone controlando as promoções.
Muito descaso.
I love the store, and the prices of clothes, however, this one in particular for being in the center should have twice the attention compared to the pandemic. People don't respect distance, and there's absolutely no one controlling it, just someone with a microphone controlling the promotions.
Too much neglect.
