Hoje, 25/04, compareci à loja do del Rey para comprar alguns itens. Estava com minha filha no colo. Tinham 3 pessoas no caixa para atender. Além da demora de cada caixa, quando chegou a minha vez, uma funcionária começou a mexer no celular. Outra funcionária chamou ela para me atender, já que estava com minha filha no colo, ela simplesmente disse um 'daqui a pouco' e continuou debruçada no balcão, mexendo no celular. Descaso com os clientes e falta de compromisso. A gerência da loja deveria ficar mais atento a quem contrata, com tantas pessoas desempregadas, a procura de um emprego.
De raiva fui embora, após mais de meia hora na fila, sem levar nada e sinceramente sem nenhuma vontade de voltar algum dia.
Bad choice for employees.
Today, 25/04, I went to Del Rey's store to buy some items. I had my daughter on my lap. There were 3 people at the cashier to answer. In addition to the delay of each cashier, when it was my turn, an employee started to use her cell phone. Another employee called her to help me, since she had my daughter on her lap, she simply said 'in a little while' and continued leaning over the counter, fiddling with her cell phone. Negligence with customers and lack of commitment. Store management should pay more attention to who hires, with so many unemployed people, looking for a job.
I left in anger, after more than half an hour in line, without taking anything and honestly with no desire to return one day.
