★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque la calidad de sus prendas es muy buena, no aceptan tarjetas internacionales. O al menos el personal no está capacitado para facturar las compras a extranjeros. Con tarjetas que en otros lugares funcionan a la perfección, en Marisa el sistema (o el personal) no está habilitado para tarjetas de débito/crédito que no sean de Brasil.
Although the quality of their clothes is very good, they do not accept international cards. Or at least the staff is not trained to invoice foreigners for purchases. With cards that work perfectly in other places, in Marisa the system (or the staff) is not enabled for debit/credit cards that are not from Brazil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 14/05/2022, eu fui a essa loja da Marisa e escolhi uma blusa que custava 69,90 (pagaria normalmente esse valor). Fui ao caixa e a atendente (descobri mais tarde que era a gerente também) me disse que eu ganhei de brinde uma meia no Caixa (sabe-se Deus o motivo). Se ganhei, tudo bem. Só que eu achei estranho porque ela passou a meia (cobrou de mim na nota fiscal) e a compra não saiu 69,90, mas sim 66,00. Na nota, a blusa custou 55,00 reais. Eu disse para ela que não queria nenhuma meia. Se a meia tivesse sido brinde a compra seria 69,90. Sim, fui enganada. Quando eu voltei ao caixa pela segunda vez para reclamar, ela me disse que era a gerente e que cancelaria a compra. Apenas, isso. Em resumo, a blusa saiu por 55,00 e ela me fez levar uma meia que eu não quero nem preciso. Parece-me venda casada o nome disso. Ela ainda disse que me deu um desconto a mais na blusa e que se cancelasse a compra, a blusa sairia por 69,90. Estava com muita fome, então preferi ir embora sem confusão.
Mas eu quero devolver essa meia e vou querer meu dinheiro de volta.
Today, 05/14/2022, I went to Marisa's store and chose a blouse that cost 69.90 (I would normally pay that amount). I went to the cashier and the clerk (I found out later that she was the manager too) told me that I got a free sock at the cashier (God knows why). If I won, fine. But I found it strange because she spent the half (she charged me on the invoice) and the purchase did not cost 69.90, but 66.00. In the note, the blouse cost 55.00 reais. I told her I didn't want any socks. If the sock had been a gift, the purchase would be 69.90. Yes, I was deceived. When I went back to the cashier a second time to complain, she told me that she was the manager and that she would cancel the purchase. Only that. In short, the blouse went for 55.00 and she made me take a sock that I don't want or need. Seems like a married sale the name of it to me. She also said that she gave me an extra discount on the blouse and that if she canceled the purchase, the blouse would go for 69.90. I was very hungry, so I preferred to leave without fuss.
But I want to return this sock and I want my money back.

Dessa vez entrei assim mesmo e pasmem: não era reforma, é a decoração. ?
De início achei muito estranho, pois é mais escura que as demais, pois não deixa as roupas tão em evidência. A grande verdade é que fica com cara de armazém, de brechós de São Paulo.
Passada essa primeira impressão, pude escolher minhas roupas sem som alto( muito melhor) e sem vendedora perguntando se eu tinha cartão Marisa a cada 2 minutos.
Foi ótimo. Recomendo.
I didn't actually go in before because I thought the store was under renovation.
This time I went in anyway and amazed: it wasn't renovation, it's the decoration. ?
At first I found it very strange, because it's darker than the others, because it doesn't make the clothes so evident. The great truth is that it looks like a warehouse, a thrift store in São Paulo.
After that first impression, I was able to choose my clothes without loud music (much better) and without a salesperson asking if I had a Marisa card every 2 minutes.
It was great. I recommend.
