★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 12/12/19 realizei a compra de um móvel na loja física de Campo Grande, Cariacica-ES, e estou com meu produto na caixa até hoje aguardando o montador. Ninguém da loja atende minhas ligações, não respondem e-mails, o canal de atendimento do Whatsapp só responde com mensagens automáticas e ninguém soluciona o meu problema ou entra em contato para dar um parecer.
Total desrespeito com o consumidor, falta de comprometimento, perderam mais um cliente por essa incompetência logística e má gestão interna.
Se não podem honrar uma simples montagem é sinal de que não comportam as vendas que fazem, fechem as portas que será melhor.
Péssimo pós venda.
On 12/12/19 I purchased a piece of furniture at the physical store in Campo Grande, Cariacica-ES, and I have my product in the box until today waiting for the assembler. Nobody in the store answers my calls, doesn't answer emails, the Whatsapp service channel only responds with automatic messages and nobody solves my problem or gets in touch to give an opinion.
Total disrespect for the consumer, lack of commitment, they lost another customer due to this logistical incompetence and internal mismanagement.
If they cannot honor a simple assembly, it is a sign that they do not support the sales they make, close the doors that will be better.
Bad after sales.

OBS: na hora de vender e rápido pra corrigir e montar as coisa demora !
I made a purchase they delivered to me from someone else and my purchase nothing (I have something that is not mine), I called the store and they said they would return it and nothing.
OBS: when selling, it's fast to correct and assemble things, it takes time!
