★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ia fazer a compra de um alisante a atendente indicou outro,quando cheguei em casa notei que ele não acompanhava neutralizante. Cheguei casa não pude usar, chateada!! Precisam preparar melhor as atendentes, pois a loja é exposta, se não for por uma orientação completa, a atendente passa ser desnecessária.
I was going to buy a straightener the attendant indicated another, when I got home I noticed that it didn't come with neutralizer. I got home I couldn't use it, upset!! They need to better prepare the attendants, as the store is exposed, if not for complete guidance, the attendant becomes unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja dia 31/12, quando cheguei em casa vi que o produto estava duplicado, estava com a nota provando ...porém a Sub gerente que estava no lugar da Gerente de fato, Foi totalmente Irônica, mal educada, grossa, e cheia de gírias pegando o produto grosseiramente falando com a caixa do lado ...falando para a mesma trocar o troço do produto e que em nome de Jesus tava resolvido. Achei total absurdo a forma como a mesma agiu. Na frente de todos clientes ela me destratou, informei que fiz uma compra grande e ainda pagaria o valor da diferença.. a Sub gerente, não deu a mínima importância. Moral da história...Loja de boa qualidade em produtos porém de CAIXAS E SUB GERENTE PÉSSIMO. Infelizmente sou aquela cliente que NÃO volta mais.
I was in the store on 12/31, when I got home I saw that the product was duplicated, the grade was proving ... but the Sub manager who was in fact the Manager's position, It was totally ironic, rude, rude, and full of slang words taking the product crudely talking to the box on the side ... telling them to change the product section and that in the name of Jesus it was resolved. I found it totally absurd the way it acted. In front of all customers, she defrauded me, I informed her that I made a big purchase and would still pay the difference. The Sub Manager, didn't give a damn. Moral of the story ... Store of good quality in products but of BOXES AND SUB MANAGER. Unfortunately I am that customer who will NOT come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom a loja tem uma extrutura muito boa, produtos de qualidade e preços variados, porém os atendentes deixam a desejar, perguntei a alguma delas (Atendentes) sobre um tal produto a mesma como estava falando como seria seu sábado a noite com uma colega respondeu entre os dentes, então me virei sozinha e fui em busca do meu produto alias o dela já estava ganho. Peguei o que tinha que pegar e fui em direção ao caixa, detalhe quando cheguei lá a que mal mente queria me Responder grita de lá do corredor THAINÁAAA e aponta para ela mesma e o caixa só balanço a cabeça nem parecia que eu estava ali, pra me ajudar não servi agora para GANHAR COMISSÃO SOBRE MEUS PRODUTOS ISSO PODE!? Treinamento para os mesmo a loja é ótimaaaaa mas alguns funcionários em si estão ali praticamente obrigados!
