★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucos funcionários pra atender, aguardamos 10 minutos prá alguém nos atender no setor de papelaria, filas nos caixas e só uma atendente, muito lenta e sem prática alguma, pra o atendimento preferencial/ prioritário.
Entrada sem controle de temperatura e limite de pessoas.
Uma pena, eu gostava muito dessa loja!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto à loja, realmente tem bastante variedade, quanto aos funcionários, minha experiência na loja do centro de São Vicente foi péssima. Quis comprar um espelho grande, pedi a gentileza de após pagar, algum funcionário me entregar na porta, no meu carro. Não.
O segurança não podia, a fiscal disse que não tinha funcionário suficiente apesar de ter gente arrumando corredor e de não ter ninguém na fila do caixa.
Como a loja não é deles, não se
importam em perder cliente. Fiz uma reclamação no site.
Hoje mesmo, o gerente Wagner super atencioso, se colocou a disposição e resolveu o impasse, fico muito feliz em ter sido atendida.!!
As for the store, there really is a lot of variety, as for the employees, my experience in the store in downtown São Vicente was terrible. I wanted to buy a large mirror, I asked the kindness of after paying, some employee delivered it to me at the door, in my car. Not.
The security guard couldn't, the inspector said he didn't have enough staff despite having people tidying the hallway and not having anyone in the checkout line.
As the store is not theirs, they don't
matter in losing customer. I filed a complaint on the website.
Today, the super attentive manager Wagner, made himself available and resolved the impasse, I am very happy to have been assisted.!!
