★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento melhorou desde a última vez que frequentei a loja. As roupas infantis são terríveis para encontrarmos a numeração desejada. Estão numeradas de forma totalmente aleatória. É muito fácil encontrarmos por exemplo a mesma bermuda com um número maior só que na prática é menor do que uma semelhante com numeração menor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 20/04/2022 fui alvo de constrangimento na loja renner do manaíra shopping. Por volta das 11h da manhã estava eu no setor de cosméticos com uma sacola da Le biscuit observando alguns produtos. Quando fui ao andar de cima d loja no setor de roupas masculinas um funcionário do sexo masculino vestindo uma camiseta vermelha veio até mim e me entregou uma sacola de loja e pediu que eu colocasse minha sacola da Le biscuit dentro dela. Não sei se isso é um procedimento comum na loja, mas havia outras pessoas com sacolas de compras e não foram abordadas como eu fui (por acaso ele achou que eu iria roubar algo da loja?). Isso foi muito constrangedor e espero que isso não ocorra mais nem comigo e nem com nenhum cliente. Pois isso constrange. Vou procurar saber o nome do funcionário e colocar aqui nessa avaliação. Se quiserem evitar perdas, invistam em mais seguranças qualificados e não constranjam seus clientes.
Today, the 20/04/2022th, I was the target of embarrassment at the renner store in manaíra shopping. Around 11 am I was in the cosmetics department with a bag from Le biscuit, looking at some products. When I went upstairs to the men's clothing store a male employee wearing a red t-shirt came up to me and handed me a store bag and asked me to put my Le biscuit bag inside it. I don't know if this is common store procedure, but there were other people with shopping bags and they weren't approached like I was (did he think I was going to steal something from the store?). This was very embarrassing and I hope it doesn't happen again to me or any of my clients. Well, that's embarrassing. I'll try to find out the name of the employee and put it here in this evaluation. If you want to avoid losses, invest in more qualified security guards and don't embarrass your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade e preço dos produtos igual a qualquer outra Renner, mas fui comprar algumas roupas e a fila estava enorme, havia a possibilidade de abrir mais caixas, pois apenas os caixas de um doas andares estava funcionando (teria pelo menos mais 5 caixas). Portanto eles não seguem protocolos p/ evitar aglomeração e nem respeitam o cliente. Enfim larguei minhas compras e fui p outra loja
Quality and price of products equal to any other Renner, but I went to buy some clothes and the queue was huge, there was the possibility of opening more boxes, because only the boxes on one of the floors were working (there would be at least 5 more boxes). So they don't follow protocols to avoid agglomeration and don't even respect the customer. Finally I dropped my shopping and went to another store
