Acabei de comprar uma caneca e em na primeira vez que vou usar, a parte inteira de baixo simplesmente descolou, caneca de vidro e eu poderia ter me machucado, mas apenas peguei ela é voltei imediatamente a loja onde fui ofendida e humilhada.
A tal atendente além de ficar falando que a culpa era minha, e que não são obrigados a fazer troca porque foi mal uso, ficou goleando o código do consumidor como se soubesse sobre e fosse provar que eu estava errada, aí quando cansou, começou a falar de outro cliente que comprou um espelho e quebrou, e foi mal caráter querendo trocar, nesse momento me senti mais ainda humilhada e ofendida, falei para ficar com a caneca e seus 5,99 e sai da loja.
Bom agora estou aqui falando para todos que conheço, todos que me seguem em redes sociais para nunca comprar nada nessa loja, e colocando no reclame aqui e procom.
