★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja física é ótima, porém a virtual deixa a desejar e muito, a logística de retirada do produto comprando pelo site nas lojas físicas é horrível, fiz uma compra dia 31 de Março pra retirar na loja física, o tempo todo enviando e-mail pra saber a data de retirada que seria 12 de Abril, eles simplesmente jogaram pra 15 de Abril que é feriado e a loja estava fechada, detalhe eu ia viajar justamente nesse dia e era meu aniversário, pedi em vários emails a antecipação pra 14 de Abril, e só recebi não, resumindo no dia 14 de Abril entrei em contato com a central da loja virtual pelo whatsapp e a moça falou que já estava disponível pra retirada, liguei pra loja da minha cidade e a moça confirmou e meu esposo foi retirar deu certo, depois a loja virtual envia uma mensagem dizendo que dia 15 a loja estava fechada e seria 16 pra retirada, a logística deles é péssima.
