O pessoal do atendimento está sempre mais motivado a te empurrar cartão da loja e produtos ligados ao cartão, do que entender do que o cliente precisa realmente.
 The price is not lower than other stores that don't even have the 'popular' proposition, but the quality is closer to popular prices.
Another negative point is the fact that there are no options for large sizes. And the numbers don't always match.
The customer service staff is always more motivated to push you the store card and products linked to the card, than to understand what the customer really needs.

Dizem pra você que garante 10% de desconto na sua primeira compra, só que o cartão é cheio de taxas embutidas. A loja às vezes tem promoções de calças e camisetas que dá pra economizar um pouquinho de dinheiro ?.
Apart from the part where the employees try to shove you the damn store card, it's a good clothing store. They tell you that it guarantees 10% off your first purchase, but the card is full of built-in fees. The store sometimes has pants and t-shirts promotions that you can save a little money ?.
