Fui comprar roupas e calçados com minha esposa e 2 filhas e desde o local aonde tiramos o cartão da loja fui mal atendido.
Parece que acionaram um botão na atendente e me senti falando com um robô.
Fui ao caixa com a minha criança de colo e outra que já anda e ninguém nos orientou pra um caixa preferêncial e fui perguntar pra funcionária se existia caixa preferencial,enfim...
Falta o sorriso no rosto e o comprometimento com o cliente.
Só irei voltar por conta dos preços que são muito bons.
ATENDIMENTO É TUDO!!!
É O DIVISOR DE ÁGUAS EM QUALQUER TIPP DE VENDA.

I went to buy clothes and shoes with my wife and 2 daughters and since the place where we took the card from the store I was poorly attended.
It looks like they pressed a button on the attendant and I felt myself talking to a robot.
I went to the cashier with my child and another one who is already walking and nobody guided us to a preferential cashier and I went to ask the employee if there was a preferential cashier, anyway ...
The smile on the face and commitment to the customer is lacking.
I will only come back because of the very good prices.
SERVICE IS EVERYTHING !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei da loja, roupas de ótima qualidade com preço super baixo,principalmente as calças e bermudas jeans masculinas e femininas com preços a partir de R$ 59,99 e camisetas basicas com preços a partir de R$ 17,99. Ontem foi a primeira vez que fui e gostei muito. Funcionários super educados e prontos para te atender , tem um grande número de caixas e provadores. Pretendo voltar mais vezes para aproveitar as promoções.
I liked the store, great quality clothes with a super low price, especially male and female jeans and shorts with prices starting at R $ 59.99 and basic t-shirts with prices starting at R $ 17.99. So falta e a central de ar funcionar, todas as vezes que vou à loja ta muito quente, principalmente o vestuário.

Péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, uma loja que oculta juros de faturas na boca do caixa,alegando q os caixas não tem acesso ao juros, geram faturas posteriores com juros e cobrança absurdas e cobrança de taxas como se fosse parcelas, ridículo para uma loja desse poste,estou cancelando meu cartão, para não ter mais problemas , perdendo feio pra Riachuelo.
