★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se pode chamar esse estabelecimento de empresa. Total descaso com o cliente. Estou a meses a espera de reparos em minha cozinha. É um jogo de desculpas descabidas e totalmente sem noção. Inicialmente promete todo comprometimento, garantia de cinco anos e entrega no prazo. Mas nada disso ocorreu comigo. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma.
This establishment cannot be called a company. Total neglect with the customer. I've been waiting for repairs in my kitchen for months. It is a game of unreasonable and totally clueless excuses. Initially it promises all commitment, a five-year warranty and delivery on time. But none of this happened to me. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Maria Lacerda Montenegro, 1471, Nova Parnamirim, 59150-683. No ato da compra a vendedora te trata bem, promete que entrega antes do previsto e quando chega a data acordada, nada do móvel chegar. E pode esperar todos os dias uma desculpa mais esfarrapada do que a outra. Eles não tem comprometimento, responsabilidade e profissionalismo nenhum com o cliente. Não indico nem compro mais nessa loja. #ficaadica
Eles enviaram uma pessoa pra instalação, o rapaz cortou o móvel errado, para adaptar a tomada por trás do móvel, quebrou a tomada e a parede, sujou o móvel de cola. Só por Deus, um caos. Ainda estou aguardando o proprietário entrar em contato e nada. Absurdo e descaso.
