★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do vendedor foi excelente, muito prestativo e atencioso. Já da atendente que recebe o dinheiro, simplesmente grossa e mal educada. Queria mudar a cor do meu móvel e quando fui lá ver se havia a possibilidade fiquei esperando 1h e depois me disseram que ia demorar mais 30 min para me atender até que resolvi ficar com a cor inicial mesmo. No dia que o montador iria a minha casa, eu não poderia atendê-lo porque meu tio foi hospitalizado e tive um imprevisto. Tentei ligar diversas vezes para avisar e o telefone não tocou. O montador veio mesmo assim e não havia ninguém em casa. Hoje estou tentando novamente ligar pra reagendar e o mesmo problema.... Arrependimento total.
The salesman's service was excellent, very helpful and attentive. As for the attendant who receives the money, simply thick and rude. I wanted to change the color of my furniture and when I went there to see if there was a chance, I waited for 1 hour and then they told me it would take another 30 min to see me until I decided to keep the initial color. On the day that the assembler would come to my house, I could not attend to him because my uncle was hospitalized and I had an unforeseen event. I tried to call several times to let them know and the phone didn't ring. The assembler came anyway and there was no one at home. Today I'm trying to call again to reschedule and the same problem .... Total regret.
