Porque eu comprei um celular da marca Multilaser porque a bateria deu problema inchou a bateria, levei até a loja zema de Boa Esperança Espírito Santo, eles mandaram para autorizada para trocar por outra bateria nova. Eu tinha garantia estendida. A autorizada mandou o celular de volta, disse eles que foi mau uso. Eu pergunto se bateria incha é mau uso, sendo que a bateria do celular tem a capa atrás. Eu fiquei cm tanta raiva qu eu vou da 2 estrelinha..
Reasonable. Because I bought a cell phone from the Multilaser brand because the battery caused a problem, the battery swelled, I took it to the zema store in Boa Esperança Espírito Santo, they sent it to an authorized dealer to exchange it for another new battery. I had an extended warranty. The authorized person sent the cell phone back, they said it was misuse. I ask if the battery swells is a bad use, since the cell phone battery has the back cover. I was so angry that I go to the 2 star.
