★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me induziram ao erro: colocam dois cadernos fichários de marcas diferentes na mesma pilha, e apenas uma etiqueta na pilha dizendo o preço, peguei o que estava em cima, quando passei na caixa nem percebi o valor, voltei na mesma hora na loja, para trocar o produto e ter o ressarcimento do valor, mas só me deram o crédito no CPF, questionei, pq queria o valor em dinheiro, mas disseram que a loja só faziam devolução dessa forma. Nem sei se vou voltar a comprar nessa loja, só entrei pq estava passando ao acaso por perto, agora tenho que ficar amarrada com eles pra usar o crédito.
They misled me: they put two binders of different brands in the same pile, and only one label on the pile saying the price, I took what was on top, when I went to the box I didn't even notice the value, I went back to the store at the same time, to exchange the product and have the amount refunded, but they only gave me the credit in the CPF, I asked, because I wanted the value in cash, but they said that the store only made returns that way. I don't even know if I'll buy from this store again, I only entered because I was passing by by chance, now I have to be tied up with them to use the credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está loja era uma de minhas preferidas, devido as variedades e diversidades de ítens. Sempre com novidades q ninguém mais possui . O atendimento pelas vendedoras é excelente, porém os preços q tbm eram muito atraentes hoje não tão acessível como antes. Os itens muitas vezes com valor triplicado. Não compro mais sem pesquisar pois está entre as mais caras. E não é devido a crise , pois em outras unidades mais antigas em SP eu já vinha notando isto antes da pandemia. Vejam na imagem recente , dia 30/04/22 , a audácia misturada com ironia , uma promoção onde o preço é o mesmo ... Gostaria de ter comprado uns 6 travesseiros, pela ironia levei só dois.
This store was one of my favorites, due to the variety and diversity of items. Always with news that no one else has. The service by the salespeople is excellent, but the prices that were also very attractive today are not as affordable as before. Items often triple in value. I do not buy more without researching because it is among the most expensive. And it's not due to the crisis, because in other older units in SP I had already noticed this before the pandemic. See the recent image, on 04/30/22, the audacity mixed with irony, a promotion where the price is the same... I would have bought about 6 pillows, by the irony I only took two.
