★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prática abusiva contra o consumidor. O lojista obrigou meu pai a levar uma peça branca que acidentalmente sujou de base, prática VEDADA pelo art. 12 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Não reclamei no momento porque, além de constrangido, meu pai insistiu em pagar. Se o lojista perpetuar esta conduta, espero que um dia alguém mais disposto acione os órgãos competentes contra a loja.
Abusive practice against the consumer. The shopkeeper forced my father to take a white piece that accidentally soiled the base, a practice SEALED by art. 12 of the Consumer Protection Code. I didn't complain at the moment because, besides being embarrassed, my father insisted on paying. If the shopkeeper perpetuates this behavior, I hope that someday someone more willing to sue the competent bodies against the store.
