★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do serviço na prática é boa porém o atendimento é péssimo na recepção horrível até digo mais não existe só essa empresa portanto eles têm que entender que o atendimento logo na chegada na recepção tem que ser bem emprestado porque senão o serviço não será contratado não fui bem atendido e pelo contrário parecia que eu não era ninguém para eles para uma pessoa especial que não cabe nem comentar o nome É como se eu não me importasse essa pessoa que me atendeu na recepção sendo que o meu dinheiro tem o mesmo valor do das outras pessoas pagamento à vista não pedir desconto nem nada do tipo Vale aqui meu registro temos que tratar todos da mesma forma com simpatia e educação
The quality of the service in practice is good however the service is terrible at the reception horrible until I say more there is not only this company so they have to understand that the service immediately upon arrival at the reception has to be well lent because otherwise the service will not be hired I was well attended and on the contrary it seemed that I was nobody to them for a special person that does not fit nor comment the name It is as if I did not care for this person who answered the reception to me being that my money has the same value of the other people cash payment do not ask for discount or anything of the kind here here my record we have to treat everyone the same way with sympathy and education
