★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe política de devolução dessa empresa. Mesmo no caso de alergia severa. Ganhei um brinco de presente o qual me deu alergia, em menos de 5 minutos minha orelha fica quente, vermelha e começa a coçar, depois de 30 minutos começa a sair sangue. Fui trocar mas sou alérgica a todos os produtos da loja menos as joias. Eles não aceitaram fazer devolução. Acho um absurdo pois não sou obrigada a ter que ficar com um produto que possa me fazer mal.
There is no return policy for this company. Even in the case of severe allergy. I got an earring as a gift which gave me allergy, in less than 5 minutes my ear gets hot, red and starts to itch, after 30 minutes blood starts to come out. I went to exchange but I'm allergic to all the products in the store except the jewelry. They did not accept to return it. I think it's absurd because I'm not forced to have to stick with a product that can hurt me.
