★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui usuário por um período bem extenso (aproximadamente 2 anos) sempre em dia com os pagamentos, porém o dispositivo apresentava sempre falhas, por fim descobri que o dispositivo estava com defeito a meses e que eu não estava respaldado, mesmo efetuando os pagamentos, realizei o cancelamento do serviço, então meus problemas com a empresa em questão se multiplicaram, realizei a venda do veiculo e o rastreador estava instalado no veiculo (já fui usuário de varias seguradoras, nunca imaginei que precisaria devolver o dispositivo por correio), por fim consegui que novo proprietário me devolvesse o dispositivo que deve ter o valor aproximado de mercado de 50 a 100 reais para devolver a empresa, realizei envio, mas mesmo assim a empresa colocou meu nome/cpf em um cartório para ser protestado em aproximadamente 900,00 por um aparelho que não deve valer 1/10 do que estão me cobrando, a Loovi é uma empresa de oportunistas e aproveitadores, aconselho fortemente que não utilizem o serviço, pois não tem qualidade e ainda por cima gera um trabalho desnecessário para os usuários que desejam interromper o serviço e por fim cobranças extremamente abusivas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só olha pelo pessoal.e o local sem condições de credibilidade .eles fazem o anúncio pelo apresentador ratinho do SBT . prometendo q se seu veículo não for achado,eles ressarcem em 100% o veículo pela tabela Fipe. Mais no contrato disse w eles não são seguradora.e não se confunde com rastreamento e seguro.e só vcs pedirem o contrato e lêem .para ver o q eles dizem.nao são responsável em localizar o veículo parcial ou integral.

Estou tentando cancelar a mais de 6 meses, bloqueei meu cartão para não haver mais cobrança e agora ficam me ligando e mandando mensagem e ameaçando protestar meu nome, sendo que nunca usei os serviços (graças a Deus) e o aparelho que me encaminharam estragou na mesma semana e até hoje não mandaram outro , e toda vez que peço o cancelamento eles informam que preciso pagar os atrasados para cancelas ! Uma vergonha !!!

I've been trying to cancel for more than 6 months, I blocked my card so there's no more charge and now they keep calling me and texting me and threatening to protest my name, and I've never used the services (thank God) and the device they sent me broke same week and until today they have not sent another one, and every time I ask for a cancellation they inform me that I need to pay the late fees for cancellations! A shame !!!
