★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os corretores que me atenderam mentiram nas informações. Não informaram a respeito da atualização de valores de imoveis em construção. Me apresentaram uma simulação em que a parcela ficava bem abaixo, porem ao sair o imóvel a parcela ficou 30% a mais em virtude do incc. Ainda mentiram dizendo que eu tinha que assinar um serviço a mais da caixa para poder financiar o imóvel, quando não há essa necessidade. Empresa não tem transparência e jamais voltaria a fazer negócio com eles
The brokers who attended to me lied in the information. They did not inform about the update of values of buildings under construction. They presented me with a simulation in which the parcel was well below, but when leaving the property the parcel was 30% more due to the incc. They still lied saying that I had to subscribe to an extra service in order to be able to finance the property, when there is no such need. Company has no transparency and would never do business with them again
