Experiência muito ruim com essa imobiliária, pensem muito bem antes de fazer negócio com eles. Vendi meu apartamento no dia 04/12/2020 e até hoje 30/03/2021 ainda não fechou o negócio devido a problemas de financiamento. Quando houve a proposta a primeira pergunta que fiz foi se a compradora já tinha financiamento aprovado e a resposta que tive foi "SIM", que era mentira, na verdade fiquei sabendo nesses dias que a cliente nem tinha um banco para financiar e quem ofereceu foi a própria imobiliária, ou seja, "NÃO TINHA NENHUM FINANCIAMENTO APROVADO". Fui confiando em todas as informações da imobiliária achando que estava sendo bem assessorado e me dei mal. Após diversos reclamações com o Gerente Ronaldo, o mesmo informou que se quisesse eu poderia desfazer o negócio sem Ônus e Bônus para ninguém, que foi mais uma mentira da Brasil Brokers enjoy, tive que contratar uma advogada pois não aguentava mais, em trocas de email com a Compradora em cópia com a Brasil Brokers Enjoy solicitamos o distrato devido todo esse estresse que vem acontecendo e a compradora concordou, só que a Brasil Brokers Enjoy não cumpriu com sua palavra e falou que não iria devolver o comissionamento já recebido. Achei que estaria fazendo um excelente negócio vendendo meu apartamento por essa imobiliária e me enganei, pois a assessoria foi ridícula e ainda não cumpriram com a palavra. Então, antes de fazer negócio com essa empresa, tomem cuidado, principalmente com a Brasil Brokers Enjoy do Recreio que foi quem eu estou tendo essa péssima experiência, se mesmo assim quiser fazer negócio, não pague o comissionamento antes, pois se houver algum problema e for fazer o distrato, não cumpriram com suas palavras.

I was relying on all the information from the real estate company, thinking I was being well advised, and I fell apart. After several complaints with Manager Ronaldo, he said that if I wanted to, I could undo the deal without Charges and Bonuses for anyone, which was another lie of Brasil Brokers enjoy, I had to hire a lawyer because I couldn't take it anymore, in email exchanges with the Buyer in copy with Brasil Brokers Enjoy we requested the cancellation due to all this stress that has been happening and the buyer agreed, but Brasil Brokers Enjoy did not comply with his word and said that he would not return the commission already received. I thought I would be doing a great deal selling my apartment through this real estate company and I was wrong, because the advice was ridiculous and they still didn't keep their word. So, before doing business with this company, be careful, especially with Brasil Brokers Enjoy do Recreio, who was having this bad experience, if you still want to do business, do not pay the commission beforehand, because if there are any problems and to cancel the contract, did not follow through with his words.
