Lack of total respect. We were attended by the broker Juliana. We are 3 weeks waiting for the promised return regarding the search for property to rent. The same promised to call the same day. We were treated at the reception standing up, without even asking us to sit.

Imobiliaria demorou para avaliar documentação (mais de um mês), passou a minuta para a interessada antes de nós avaliarmos e se recusou a ajustar o valor de clausula de seguro para valor de mercado. No fim, a interessada desistiu alegando q demoramos para dar retorno na documentação e apontando uma clausula padrão da imobiliaria como inaceitavel. A corretora tratou o caso com a interessada como se a demora e a clausula fosse causada por nós. Falta de respeito, competência e profissionalismo.
Terrible service quality. We accept a proposal from an interested party and we hold the property for more than a month. Imobiliaria took time to evaluate documentation (more than a month), passed the draft to the interested party before we evaluated it, and refused to adjust the insurance clause value to market value. In the end, the interested party withdrew, alleging that it took us a while to return the documentation and pointing out a standard clause of the real estate industry as unacceptable. The broker dealt with the case with the interested party as if the delay and the clause were caused by us. Lack of respect, competence and professionalism.
