★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazemos uma viaje de Jundiaí pra Campos do Jordão no dia 18/9 onde o motorista e totalmente sem educação,deixou a deseja em tudo horário de saida para as 16:30 quando chego no local era mais de 17:20 ele Atrozo todos os passageiro deixo passageiro pra traz cada parada ele ficava mais de 40 minuto com o ônibus ligado e todos dentro do ônibus esperando ele sair sem conta que ele me ameaçou quando eu disse que Ele demorou chega e nos estava atrasado pra pego o ônibus as 23:45 da noite já nao tinha mais ônibus por conta dele so nao jogo algo em mim pois disse que ia chama a policia ele fecho as porta e acancorro com o ônibus deixo eu mais 16 pessoas sendo que entre ela tinha 4 criança não recomendo está empresa despreparada uma estrela pelo ônibus so

Fiz uma viagem com saída no dia 14/11 para o espírito Santo. Viagem péssimo, ônibus sem ar condicionado, aliás o ar funcionava somente na parte da frente, nos q estávamos no fundo sofremos 20 horas com calor, desconforto pq as poltronas não estavam reclinando como deveriam, a TV não funcionava, wi fi também não, a geladeira muito menos. Nãoo recomendo os serviços nem mesmo para uma viagem de 2 horas, imagina 20 horas na ida e 18 horas de viagem na volta com o mesmo ônibus. Tinham crianças no ônibus, idosos, deficiente auditivo. Passei mal devido ao calor que estava insuportável.

I made a trip with departure on the 14/11 to the Holy Spirit. Lousy trip, buses without air conditioning, in fact the air only worked in the front, when we were in the background we suffered 20 hours of heat, discomfort because the seats were not reclining as they should, the TV did not work, wi fi also, much less refrigerator. I do not recommend the services even for a 2-hour trip, imagine 20 hours on the way and 18 hours on the way back with the same bus. There were children on the bus, the elderly, the hearing impaired. I was sick due to the heat that was unbearable.

Fiz uma viagem ontem (domingo 18/08/2019.) Para Campos do Jordão, estava tudo programado para embarcarmos (sábado 17/08/2019 - 00:00h.) Saímos do terminal Hortolândia de Jundiaí.... Até então, ok...
Chegamos com antecedência pra que não houvesse problemas, o ônibus chegou muito adiantado do que o combinado, e com isso ficou faltando algumas pessoas, (e elas ficaram para trás até então...) e foram embora, no meio do caminho "lembraram" que ainda estava faltando alguém... tivemos que voltar ao mesmo lugar... Ok.
O trajeto todo tivemos imprevistos, sempre estávamos atrasados, foi uma viagem sem pé e nem cabeça.
Pagamos um valor exato, queríamos um passeio divertido e bacana que agradassem a todos... mas infelizmente não foi o que aconteceu... Desde a madrugada até mais ou menos ás 14 horas e 30 minutos ficamos completamente perdidos... a maior parte do tempo ficamos dentro do ônibus fazendo absolutamente NADA! Quando descíamos em algum lugar para conhecer, tínhamos no MÁXIMO 30 MINUTOS para desfrutar de tudo e para voltar ao ônibus o quanto antes, sendo que assim que chegávamos no ônibus, o motorista sempre sumia, demorava em cerca de 20 minutos ou até mais para aparecer, MOTORISTA COMPLETAMENTE DESESTRUTURADO! SEM UM PINGO DE EDUCAÇÃO E NOÇÃO!
Bom, eu passaria horas aqui tentando descrever tudo que houve nessa "viagem" mas, infelizmente não será possível...
Só deixando mais um fato esclarecido que ao final da noite o motorista ameaçou jogar algo no rosto de uma cliente, ofendeu ela de nomes quais não vem ao caso e fechou a porta do ônibus na cara dela.
Eu trabalho em duas empresas, quais ambos lido com cliente 24 horas por dia, e com total certeza posso afirmar que vocês não estão haptos para lidar com esse tipo de trabalho.
Infelizmente deixo minha nota 0 (negativo) para vocês!

I took a trip yesterday (Sunday 18/08/2019.) To Campos do Jordão, everything was scheduled to board (Saturday 17/08/2019 - 00: 00h.) We left the terminal Hortolândia de Jundiaí .... Until then, ok ...
We arrived in advance so that there would be no problems, the bus arrived much earlier than agreed, and with that was missing a few people, (and they stayed behind until then ...) and left, halfway "remembered" that someone was still missing ... we had to go back to the same place ... Ok.
The whole trip we had unforeseen, we were always late, it was a trip without foot or head.
We paid an exact amount, we wanted a fun and nice ride that would please everyone ... but unfortunately that's not what happened ... From dawn until about 14 hours and 30 minutes we were completely lost ... most of time we got on the bus doing absolutely NOTHING! When we got down somewhere to meet, we had at most 30 MINUTES to enjoy everything and get back on the bus as soon as possible, and once we got on the bus, the driver would always disappear, it would take about 20 minutes or even longer to show up. , COMPLETELY RESTRUCTURED DRIVER! Without a drop of education and notion!
Well, I would spend hours here trying to describe everything that happened on this "trip" but unfortunately it won't be possible ...
Just to make it clear that at the end of the night the driver threatened to throw something in the face of a client, she offended her by names that were beside the point and closed the bus door in her face.
I work in two companies, both of which I deal with clients 24 hours a day, and I can absolutely say that you are not able to handle this kind of work.
Unfortunately I leave my grade 0 (negative) for you!

Direção perigosa!!!
