 Bad service, unprepared and uneducated employees. In addition to several undue charges. I do not recommend. RECTIFICATION: the requested documents were sent according to the response and the undue charges after complaints were met and adjusted in the bill of sale for the following month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido, sabem trazer retorno aos imóveis anunciados, muitas vezes antes mesmo de ir ao ar! Estão de parabéns! O dono é extremamente atencioso, solícito, educado, e faz questão de te oferecer aquele cafezinho numa sala aconchegante. Recomendo muito!
Quick service, they know how to bring return to the properties advertised, many times before they even go on air! They are to be congratulated! The owner is extremely attentive, helpful, polite, and makes a point of offering you that cup of coffee in a cozy room. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária péssima. Atendimento péssimo, demorado. Não possuem o mínimo interesse no cliente. Não respondem mensagens, não solucionam o problema. Os donos dos imóveis deveriam ter conhecimento na falta de interesse que a imobiliária tem de fechar negócio. Não recomendo.
Bad real estate. Bad, slow service. They have no interest in the customer. They don't respond to messages, they don't solve the problem. Property owners should be aware of the lack of interest that the real estate company has in closing the deal. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA IMOBILIÁRIA. Estou morando num imóvel locado por eles. Péssimo atendimento e descaso com os clientes. A casa que eu aluguei está com um problema na estrutura do telhado da lavanderia e o mesmo está a prestes a cair. Tem mais de 1 mês que solicitamos o reparo, mandamos os vídeos e as fotos e qualquer pessoa consegue ver a gravidade da situação e até agora a imobiliária não fez nada. A cada dia uma nova desculpa. Nunca consegui contato com o tal Francisco que parece ser o dono e a Gisele não resolve absolutamente nada, só fala que estão vendo e que estão aguardando e isso já tem mais de 1 mês. NÃO RECOMENDO.
TERRIBLE REAL ESTATE. I'm living in a property they lease. Bad service and disregard for customers. The house I rented has a problem with the roof structure of the laundry room and it is about to collapse. It's been more than 1 month since we requested the repair, we sent the videos and photos and anyone can see the seriousness of the situation and so far the real estate has not done anything. Every day a new excuse. I never got in touch with this Francisco who seems to be the owner and Gisele doesn't solve absolutely anything, she just says that they're watching and that they're waiting and that's been over 1 month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
