★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do dono aos funcionários não sabem tratar clientes...arrogantes, venderam peças erradas e quando fui pra trocar insistiram que a peça era aquela...mesmo levando modelo do equipamento, proprietário maior arrogância não resolveu....isso foram várias vezes que fui na loja...NAO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM.
From the owner to the employees, they don't know how to treat customers...arrogant, they sold the wrong parts and when I went to change they insisted that the part was that one...even taking the model of the equipment, the owner didn't make it more arrogance....this was several times that I went to the store...I DON'T INDICATE TO ANYONE.

1° fiz um orçamento em uma semana, na semana seguinte fui realizar a compra. Os preços dormentes, tudo mas caro, questionei o orçamento mas não resolveu nada, demorei pra ser atendido, e quando questionei a demora, fui mal atendido. Me venderam o tubo de cobre errado e amassado. Comprei o na quinta feira e guardei pq a instalação só seria feita na segunda feira. Passou o final de semana sem mexer no material comprado, quando o técnico chegou para instalar percebeu que a bitola do tubo de cobre estava arraso, levei pra trocar e não trocaram pq estava amassada, sendo que do jeito que chegou o material só tirei do carro e guardei e só peguei pra entregar ao instalador.
Um absurdo, a falta de respeito com o cliente, o despreparo dos atendentes e a falta de argumentos da suporta gerente.
Atendimento de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE...

He spent the weekend without touching the purchased material, when the technician arrived to install he noticed that the gauge of the copper tube was devastating, I took it to change and they didn't change it because it was wrinkled, and the way the material arrived, I just took it from the car and kept it and just took it to the installer.
An absurdity, the lack of respect for the customer, the unpreparedness of the attendants and the lack of arguments from the support manager.
POOR QUALITY service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo fez uma compra nessa loja no dia 04 e depois o cartão ficou guardado em casa como de costume, e no dia 08 fizeram diversas compras com os dados do meu cartão de crédito e o cartão não foi clonado!!! Tem algum funcionário agindo de má fé!
Mas já estou resolvendo junto ao banco e irei entrar com uma ação na justiça para descobrir quem fez essas compras!!
CLONARAM MEU CARTÃO AÍ SIM! POIS PASSARAM POR PROXIMIDADE NÃO COM SENHA, E DEPOIS QUE ELE USOU O CARTÃO AÍ O CARTÃO FICOU GUARDADO E NÃO TEMOS O COSTUME DE USAR CARTÃO FÍSICO EM LOJAS ONLINE, USAMOS CARTÃO VIRTUAL E POR ISSO FICOU BEM ÓBVIO, E FOI 4 DIAS APÓS COMPRAR AÍ NA LOJA DE VOCÊS!!

THEY CLONED MY CARD THERE YES! BECAUSE THEY PASSED BY PROXIMITY WITH NO PASSWORD, AND AFTER HE USED THE CARD THEN THE CARD WAS SAVED AND WE DON'T HAVE THE USE OF USING PHYSICAL CARD IN ONLINE STORES, WE USED VIRTUAL CARD AND SO IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS, AND IT WAS BUYED AFTER 4 DAYS IN YOUR STORE!!
