Fui numa terça pela manhã na oficina e falei com o tal Lourenco (um gordinho que apesar do nome me disse que não era o dono) e com o filho do dono sobre meu problema ( troca do servo freio do Peugeot 308).
Começou que ele me sugeriu o conserto do servo freio, achei estranho, pois nenhum mecânico sério, fórum especializado ou blog de mecânica recomenda fazer conserto e sim trocar sempre por uma peça nova.
Sugeri trazer uma peça nova que iria comprar no MercadoCar ou no Josecar mas ele me disse que se eu trouxesse perderia a garantia....(estranho né????)
Dai consultamos mais um funcionário, o mecânico filho do dono, que após abrir o capot, ouvir o barulho e olhar me disse que era R$ 200, 00 a troca e que se eu não trouxesse a peça eles iriam procurar pra mim e cobrariam tudo junto, peça + serviço de troca.
Combinamos de eu trazer o carro na sexta feira da mesma semana, logo cedo. Quando cheguei lá na oficina na sexta feira para deixar o carro, o tal gordinho já chamou o dono. Chegou um cara mal educado que nem bom dia falou, expliquei tudo o que havia combinado na terça feira e dai o infeliz me solta, a troca dessa peça é R$ 300,00 só o serviço ????? eu falei "mas vim na terça e duas pessoas aqui viram o problema e falaram que era R$200,00?" ele argumentou que os funcionários não sabiam o que falavam !
Virei as costas e fui embora na hora.
O meu dinheiro esse tipo de pessoa e de boqueta fundos de quintal não vai ter.
Enfim, esta oficina é aquelas que explora na malandragem os clientes.
Fora que depois fui em outra oficina próxima (na qual executei o serviço) e o dono me disse que eles da Lorencar tem péssima reputação no bairro.
Eu se fosse vcs, NÂO levaria seus carros fazer manutenção aqui.
BEWARE OF THIS WORKSHOP!
I went to the workshop on a Tuesday morning and talked to Lourenco (a chubby guy who, despite his name, told me he didn't own it) and to the owner's son about my problem (changing the brake servo on the Peugeot 308).
It started that he suggested repairing the brake servo, I thought it was strange, because no serious mechanic, specialized forum or mechanic blog recommends repairing it, but always replacing it with a new part.
I suggested bringing a new part that I would buy at MercadoCar or Josecar but he told me that if I brought it, it would lose the warranty....(strange, right????)
Then we consulted another employee, the mechanic son of the owner, who after opening the bonnet, hearing the noise and looking at me told me that it was R$ 200.00 the exchange and that if I didn't bring the part they would look for it for me and charge everything together, ask + exchange service.
We arranged for me to bring the car on Friday of the same week, early in the morning. When I arrived at the garage on Friday to leave the car, the chubby guy already called the owner. A rude guy arrived who didn't even say good morning, I explained everything I had agreed on Tuesday and then the unfortunate man lets me go, the exchange of this piece is R$ 300.00 just for the service ????? I said "but I came on Tuesday and two people here saw the problem and said it was R$200.00?" he argued that the employees did not know what they were talking about!
I turned my back and left at once.
My money that kind of person and backyard blowjob will not have.
Anyway, this workshop is the ones that exploit customers in trickery.
Besides, I went to another garage nearby (where I performed the service) and the owner told me that they from Lorencar have a bad reputation in the neighborhood.
If I were you, I would NOT take your cars for maintenance here.

Eu indico para meus irmãos e amigos sim...sendo que hoje em dia está difícil achar pessoas honestas como achei há anos na oficina Lorencar sempre fui muito bem atendida e principalmente com respeito. E está oficina ha anos e conhecida e bem conceituada no bairro.

Every time I delivered my car into the hands of the workshop team, I always had good results and I was always treated well by all its employees.
