★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou fazer uma denúncia pois comprei um chuveiro dia 16/02/2021 e hoje já é 27/03/21 e nao recebi nada já foi descontado o valor do meu cartão e me passaram um código de rastreio que não condiz com meu endereço que sou de Taboão da Serra e no rastreio dizia que o produto foi enviado para Palmas Tocantins e voltou pro remetente pq nao achou o endereço. Se eu moro em São Paulo como envia para Tocantins?
E ja se vai para 2 meses sem produto nenhum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma ducha , paguei 100,00 .....durou dois meses ..... foi a maior decepção que já tive com um chuveiro . Não recomendo e jamais compraria novamente qualquer produto dessa marca .
I bought a shower , paid 100.00 ..... lasted two months ..... it was the biggest disappointment I have ever had with a shower . I do not recommend and would never buy any product from that brand again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi o pior atendimento que recebemos de qualquer outra empresa, o vendedor ou supervisor Edmilson tratou a nossa empresa de forma desrespeitosa além de desligar o telefone na cara do cliente ainda é um péssimo profissional em não atender a solicitação de uma empresa! Seja empresas grandes ou pequenas o atendimento tem que ser igual e não desmerecer o cliente! Nunca mais compramos com eles e não indico!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela porq nao te como dar menos, o chuveiro queimou e se fosse só isso todos os chuveiros q tive de outras marcas quando queimavam simplesmente paravam de funcionar, esse não ele explodiu na minha cara literalmente queimando o meu braço esquerdo e machucou o meu nariz, o meu nariz esta roxo e inchado e meu braço com Queimaduras leves, graças a Deus que não foi pior, nao recomendo!!
I gave one star because I can't give you less, the shower burned and if that was all all the showers I had from other brands when they burned just stopped working, this one it exploded in my face literally burning my left arm and hurting mine nose, my nose is purple and swollen and my arm has light burns, thank God it wasn't worse, I don't recommend it!!

I can't afford to buy a shower and heater, and the last one I bought didn't last 4 months. I paid 60 reais for the heater that lasted 10 days. I don't want to know about this brand anymore.
