★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merece mais q 5 estrelas! Liguei para fazer uma encomenda de Dia dos avós e eles foram surpreendentes enviando os doces numa linda caixa com direito até a balãozinho! Minha avó ficou até emocionada e eu imensamente grata por poder dar esse carinho mesmo a distância!
Na semana seguinte fui lá pessoalmente agradecer e aproveitei para comprar uns docinhos para minha casa. Bolo gelado de coco é imperdível! E a banofee é feita com leite condensado cozido mesmo!
Muito bom saber que existe um lugar assim, preocupado em encantar o cliente com produtos de qualidade e atendimento expecional.
It deserves more than 5 stars! I called to place an order for Grandparents' Day and they were amazing sending the candies in a beautiful box with the right balloon! My grandmother was even touched and I am immensely grateful to be able to give this affection even from a distance!
The following week I went there personally to thank and took the opportunity to buy some sweets for my house. Iced coconut cake is a must! And the banofee is made with boiled condensed milk!
Very good to know that there is such a place, concerned with delighting the customer with quality products and exceptional service.

Porem o atendimento online é péssimo, ja fiquei mais de 30 minutos só pra aguardar uma resposta, se iam ou não aceitar a encomenda que eu queria fazer de bolo, atendimento no WhatsApp é simples, porém não estão preparados para prestar esse tipo de atendimento, uma pena. Fica a dica para melhorarem o serviço.

However, the online service is terrible, I already stayed more than 30 minutes just to wait for an answer, whether or not they were going to accept the order I wanted to make a cake, service on WhatsApp is simple, but they are not prepared to provide this type of service, a feather. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei a "coxinha de morango" da Lores... porém, da última vez ela veio super amarga! Dai eu vi que trocaram por chocolate amargo.
E ai eu fui perguntar na loja, se posso escolher pelo chocolate ao leite. E me falaram que depende do dia elas fazem de um jeito ou de outro sem aviso ou opção do cliente!
Então joguei meu dinheiro e comida fora à toa... e parece que nao se importam com o cliente nem de ter um padrão... ainda bem que no tatuape tem outras dezenas de docerias
I always bought the "strawberry coxinha" from Lores... however, the last time it came super bitter! Then I saw that they exchanged it for dark chocolate.
And then I went to ask at the store, if I can choose milk chocolate. And they told me that it depends on the day they do it one way or another without warning or customer choice!
So I threw my money and food away for nothing... and it seems that they don't care about the customer or to have a standard...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comi e os doces são maravilhosos, porém o atendimento via WhatsApp para encomenda é péssimo, estou a 2 dias tentando encomendar um bolo e nada, não tem entregadores a não ser do iFood que o preço dobra. Infelizmente as empresas crescem e o atendimento/relacionamento com cliente diminui. Fiz um comentário sobre no Instagram e até apagaram. Uma pena pois perdem clientes.
I've already eaten and the sweets are wonderful, but the service via WhatsApp for ordering is terrible, I've been trying to order a cake for 2 days and nothing, there are no delivery guys except for iFood, the price doubles. Unfortunately, companies grow and customer service/relationship declines. I made a comment about it on Instagram and they even deleted it. Too bad they lose customers.

. Acabei de passar lá e pedi uma fatia de bolo para viagem, a moça me entregou metade da fatia que costumo comprar.. fique tão sem graça que esqueci de conferir o troca que ela me passou... Ele disse que era 13$, eu dei 20$ pra ela e nisso ela me devolveu apenas 5 reais... Juro pelo meu sangue que corre nas veias já comprei várias vezes e super indiquei para outras pessoas o local... Mas depois disso me senti roubada tanto pela fatia do bolo quanto pelo troco que ela me passou...

. I just stopped by and asked for a slice of cake to go, the girl gave me half of the slice I usually buy.. I'm so embarrassed that I forgot to check the exchange she gave me... He said it was 13$, I I gave her 20$ and she gave me back only 5 reais... I swear by my blood that runs in my veins I've already bought it several times and super recommended the place to other people... But after that I felt robbed so much by the slice of the cake as for the change she gave me...
