★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência ruim dia 18/12. Primeiro o garçon informou errado o fim do show q tava rolando o q mexeu com meu planejamento. Depois pedi um escondidinho de fumeiro q não consegui comer de tão salgado q estava. Por fim, fui conversar com uma amiga e quando vi levaram (imagino q outro garçon) a minha garrafa de cerveja quase cheia... tinha tudo pra ser bem atendido mas foi péssimo.
 I had a bad experience on 12/18. First, the waiter wrongly informed the end of the show that was going on and that messed with my planning. Then I asked for a smoked sausage that I couldn't eat because it was so salty. Finally, I went to talk to a friend and when I saw them they took (I imagine another waiter) my almost full bottle of beer... it had everything to be well served but it was terrible.

The idea of the mix of beers and snacks worked very well! I was very well served by a waiter who seemed to understand even beer. It harmonized very well with what I chose to eat. Sure I'll be back.

LOS CERVEJEIROS REABRE NA BARRA
O Los Cervejeiros reabriu no dia 25 de novembro 2021. Fui e adorei! Totalmente repaginado, com um ambiente ampliado e mesas ao ar livre. Ofercendo cervejas variadas e nao mais a cerveja artesanal.
Com o estilo de boteco, o
cardápio de petiscos, caldos e sandubas está diversificado e divino!, Dadinho de tapioca, bolinho crispy e stick de frango, bolinho de fumeiro com banana camarão encapotado. Não deixei de provar o caldinho de aratu e o Polvo à Lagareiro.
O choripan é o mais delicioso que já provei.
A casa agora tem show ao vivo e estava apresentando uma excelente banda.
Enfim: AMBIENTE BONITO, ESPAÇOSO, AGRADÁVEL, EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO, BOA COMIDA E BEBIDA GELADA.
PARABÉNS PELO RETORNO!!! SALVADOR MERECE CASAS ASSIM!!

Los Cervejeiros reopened on November 25, 2021. I went and loved it! Completely redesigned, with an expanded environment and outdoor seating. Offering varied beers and no longer craft beer.

The menu of appetizers, soups and sandwiches is diversified and divine!, Tapioca dad, crispy dumpling and chicken stick, smoked dumpling with banana shrimp. I didn't miss the aratu broth and the Octopus à Lagareiro.
The choripan is the most delicious I've ever tasted.
The house now has a live show and was featuring an excellent band.
Finally: BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS, PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE, GOOD FOOD AND COLD DRINK.

Respeitar o horário de descanso dos vizinhos é fundamental! Muito chateada!

Talvez não seja a melhor pedida… Vou tentar de novo com os hambúrgueres, são famosos. Happy Hour com Amstel a R$9,90 é super convidativo. Gostei da frequência, do atendimento, menos do contra-filé ?
Good place, good waiters, good beer. It only sinned in the dish of ribeye, hard, cold, poor accompaniment for R$65. Maybe not the best option… I'll try again with the hamburgers, they are famous. Happy Hour with Amstel at R$9.90 is super inviting. I liked the frequency, the service, less the ribeye ?

Marquei meu aniversário com uma semana de antecedência, reservando a mesa para pouco mais de 20 PESSOAS e não houve uma atenção especial por parte do estabelecimento. O normal serIa ter um agrado em decorrência do aniversário, mas não houve sequer uma sobremesa/drink, além de terem recusado estender o HappyHour. Não é obrigação, mas é o que os estabelecimentos, normalmente, fazem em datas comemorativas. Enfim, o lugar é legal, mas não para comemorações.
I've been going to Los since before the pandemic and I really liked it. I decided to go now, after the pandemic, and I was disappointed. I booked my birthday a week in advance, reserving the table for just over 20 PEOPLE and there was no special attention from the establishment. The normal thing would be to have a treat as a result of the birthday, but there wasn't even a dessert/drink, and they refused to extend HappyHour. It's not mandatory, but it's what establishments usually do on commemorative dates. Anyway, the place is nice, but not for celebrations.
