It has a future but still has few houses and almost no infrastructure. Beautiful, clean and practically empty beach.

A estrutura conta com uma cancela que se avista da pista e uma Guarita com Porteiro 24h, todas as ruas pavimentadas, posteadas e sinalizadas. Os lotes são bastante atrativos.
Very Good Condominium, with Privileged Location practically Pé na Areia giving access to the beach through the interior of the condominium. The structure has a gate that can be seen from the track and a Guardhouse with a 24-hour Porter, all paved, posted and signposted streets. The lots are quite attractive.
