★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar perfeito, ótima localização, próximo ao centro de Cascavel, lugar lindo, porém se comprar financiado e quiser fazer o distrato do contrato terá que entrar na justiça, gastar muito com advogado, pois não tem quem resolva a parte de distrato do contrato, faz mais de ano que tento resolver de forma amigável, o seu investimento vai quase todo para o advogado se quiser receber parte do seu dinheiro, um belo loteamento, muito bonito, porém pense bem antes de comprar, se não conseguir pagar todas as parcelas, vai perder quase todo o investimento.

Provavelmente fizeram ilegalmente para a venda da lenha, já que as arvores mantia o loteamento com ar mais fresco, agora quem caminha lá esta um calor dos infernos.
Lamentável
I don't know who the order was, but they took the arve off my land without asking my permission.
They probably did it illegally for the sale of firewood, since the trees kept the allotment with fresher air, now whoever walks there is a hell of a heat.
