Péssimo negócio e além disso não me esclarecem nada.
Muito decepcionado!
Neighborhood was very good but for those who financed by the landlord they were not satisfied because they charge very high interest, I for example bought the land for 62,000.00 I paid for 3 years (28,000.00), and when I went to pay off the debt it was 65,000.00!
Bad business and moreover they don't clarify anything.
Very disappointed!
