Sem contar as poucas residências no bairro, que fazem com que o furto a residências seja comum na área devido a baixa movimentação de pessoas.
 The land is relatively inexpensive, but the location is somewhat distant from the center of Eden.
Not to mention the few residences in the neighborhood, which make theft of residences common in the area due to the low movement of people.
