★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro aqui e é bem tranquilo, até o momento, o único e maior problema são ruas que ainda não estão calçadas que causam um transtorno enorme quando chove, pois o barro fica mole e se vier estiver de carro é bom ter cuidado redobrado já que ele vai deslizar com muita facilidade e poderá até perder o controle do veículo.
I live here and it is very quiet, so far, the only and biggest problem are streets that are not yet paved that cause a huge inconvenience when it rains, because the mud is soft and if you come by car is good to be careful double since it will slide very easily and may even lose control of the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização, preços dos lotes bem acessíveis, porém necessita de intervenções da Prefeitura, no que tange aos itens básicos de limpeza, colocação de meio-fio , água e energia nas novas áreas.
Great location, very affordable prices for lots, but it needs interventions by the City Hall, with regard to basic cleaning items, laying curbs, water and energy in the new areas.
