★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centenas de pessoas assinaram o contrato de compra do terreno no dia do lançamento e eles simplesmente rasgaram o contrato, mudando totalmente as condições de compra(aumentaram o valor do terreno). Não recomendo o investimento nesse loteamento, chance de perder seu dinheiro.
Hundreds of people signed the land purchase agreement on the day of the launch and they simply tore up the contract, totally changing the conditions of purchase (they increased the value of the land). I do not recommend investing in this allotment, chance of losing your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar parece que vai ser bom, mas vai ser mais um bairro de caçapava lançado sem escola e sem creche? Fora o acesso ao bairro, por nenhum dos lados existe asfalto em todo trajeto.
The place looks like it's going to be good, but is it going to be another neighborhood of Cazapava launched with no school and no day care? Apart from the access to the neighborhood, there is no asphalt on either side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um loteamento próximo de tudo,com uma infraestrutura muito boa,gostei e possuo um terreno aí,nessa localidade,2,5 da Rodovia Presidente Dutra.
A subdivision close to everything, with a very good infrastructure, I liked it and I own a land there, in that locality, 2.5 of the Presidente Dutra Highway.
