Fora as vezes que precisamos esperar alguém pagar alguma conta para podermos sacar algum dinheiro. Com isso tem gente do interior que fica quase o dia inteiro esperando para sacarem o seu benefício.
Always very bad every time I needed to go there, I always find only one cashier working and the huge queue waiting. Apart from the times we need to wait for someone to pay a bill in order to withdraw some money. With that, there are people from the countryside who spend almost all day waiting to get their benefit.
