Para quantidade de habitantes do município é necessário aumentar a quantidade de caixas e assim diminuir o excesso de pessoas na fila de 2h, 3h, no meio do sol quente (quando vai depois do almoço) o que considero extremamente desumano. Outra situação é a falta de ventilação, tem espaço, mas não tem organização (parece que falta gerente ou o próprio olhar de dono). Outra situação, eu nunca vi uma lotérica que não tem um caixa específico para jogo, vc ter que ser submetido a uma fila extensa de 30 a 40 pessoas para fazer um simples jogo. Horrível, falta organização.
