★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a única lotérica em Rio do Fogo, na ocasião em que estive na cidade enfrentei uma fila enorme pra chegar no caixa em uma utilização da lotérica fui impossibilitada de fazer saque porque o atendente não sabia o cód para fazer saque do cartão do mercado pago (uma das maiores plataformas de recebimento hoje), achei falta de capacitação pois em qualquer lotérica do Brasil faz isso era falta de conhecimento do atendente, ainda bem que não era uma emergência, não é uma crítica porém o atendimento deve estar capacitado uma vez que a cidade recebe vários turistas . Faz falta tb uma fila para atendimento de jogos como tem em outras lotéricas, não são críticas mas sugestão para melhorar . Pois a cidade é boa.
It is the only lottery in Rio do Fogo, on the occasion that I was in the city I faced a long line to get to the cashier in a lottery use I was unable to withdraw because the attendant did not know the code to withdraw the card from the paid market ( one of the biggest receiving platforms today), I found a lack of training because in any lottery in Brazil it does that it was lack of knowledge of the attendant, thankfully it wasn’t an emergency, it’s not a criticism but the service must be trained since the city receives several tourists. It is also necessary to have a queue to attend games as there are in other lottery shops, they are not critical but a suggestion to improve. Because the city is good.
