Muita das vezes quando vou com meu filho de colo, compensa ir na fila comum ao invés da preferencial. Quando estiver assim, acho que o caixa exclusivo para jogos deveria ser preferencial também pra ajudar provisoriamente até dimunir o movimento. Exceto isso, sempre utilizo os serviços oferecidos na lotérica, por funcionar de sábado, ajuda muito e o atendimento é bom.
On busy days, the service leaves something to be desired because it does not have a good strategy for preferential service. Most of the times when I go with my child, it pays to go in the common line instead of the preferred one. When this is the case, I think that the exclusive cashier for games should also be preferential to help provisionally until it reduces the movement. Except that, I always use the services offered in the lottery, because it works on Saturdays, it helps a lot and the service is good.
