★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para uma cidade tão grande que nem EUSÉBIO, fica ruim ter apenas uma lotérica. Para quem mora a 1km ou mais fica difícil se locomover até o cento, e ainda ter que pegar uma fila enorme, lenta, no sol, agora com o distanciamento social tem gente chegando quase na praça esperando a fila andar. Não sei se é o sistema da lotérica que é lento de mais, ou os Atendentes que não são tão ágeis, no mais a lotérica não é tão ruim não, mas seria bom ter mais, melhor de que ir lá pra CEF que é um estresse maior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você sente sua vida passar e a fila continua grande. Você no mínimo espera 45 minutos para chegar sua vez, em condições de extrema desumanidade, dependendo do horário, o Sol vai ser sua companhia garantida ( calor, um bronze , desidratação, estresse e um atraso em todo o seu dia ).
Fila para jogos e prioridade são as únicas que funcionam com efetividade. Em todas as vezes que eu fui, sempre tem dois ou três caixas fechados. ( em quesito atendimento , depois de esperar tudo isso, pegar um bronzeado, está estresssado) os atendentes sempre foram Cortez e explicativos.
Sugestão: aumentar o espaço de atendimento e o número de guichês de atendimento.
