Detalhes como o início da comprar foi feita pelo o Instagram a empresa alega que por lá não é local para fazer pedido. Não entendo qual é funcionalidade do seu Instagram.

Encomendei balões em formato de chupeta com gás Hélio e as pessoas que entregaram disseram que a empresa não trabalha com esse gás, em nenhum momento reconheceram o erro mesmo mostrando a mensagem com a encomenda especificando ser com gás Hélio! Esperava um atendimento melhor e errar qualquer empresa pode errar, é compreensível, mas não assumir e querer culpar o cliente é inadmissível! Fico triste e insatisfeita com o serviço!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência nada agradável. Primeiro o pedido que fizemos e fomos bem claras que seria em gás hélio não foi entregue como pedimos. No momento da entrega fomos mal atendidas,nossas reinvidicações não foram ao menos ouvidas,pelo contrário, ficamos como culpadas e os responsáveis foram super arrogantes. Mesmo que houvesse desencontro de informaçõe a empresa deveria ter pelo menos a sensibilidade de entender que os balões foram idealizados para um evento. Todo evento é idealizado e esperado,qdo não ocorre como planejamos é uma situação constrangedora e bem difícil de improvisar. E infelizmente no momento da entrega e no pós venda a empresa não esteve disposta em ao menos se desculpar.
