★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bonito e agradável. Para alto nível. Porém cobram a entrada e nem é revertido em consumação. Não gostei da idéia. Talvez devessem repensar as políticas internas, assim atraíram mais clientes.
 The place is nice and pleasant. To high level. However, they charge the entrance and it is not even reversed in consummation. I didn't like the idea. Perhaps they should rethink their internal policies, so they attracted more customers.

Não curti muito o atendimento.
Pedidos demorando muito, vindo errado etc.

Só pecou numa coisa. Os banheiros estavam tanto o do homem quanto da mulher estavam sujos pura a xixi, todo molhado de xixi, não tinha um zelador para manter os banheiros limpo.
O banheiro das mulheres não tinha se quer papel higiênico e nem folhas pra enxugar as mãos.
Very nice house, great atmosphere, excellent service.
You only sinned on one thing. The bathrooms were both the man's and the woman's were dirty pure the pee, all wet with pee, there was no janitor to keep the bathrooms clean.
The women's bathroom didn't even have toilet paper or sheets to dry your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito bonito e os garçons são muito educados. No dia que fomos a casa estava bem vazia e mesmo assim os nossos pedidos demoraram pra chegar. O nosso feijão verde veio com um gosto muito forte de kinó e nem conseguimos comer direito.
Very nice atmosphere and the waiters are very polite. The day we went the house was pretty empty and even so our orders took a long time to arrive. Our green beans came with a very strong kino taste and we couldn't even eat them properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei mais de 15min para conseguir pedir, 40min depois e nada dos drinks chegarem... Cansei de esperar e chamei o gerente e nem isso tinha. Então me dirigi a saída e relatei.... Resultado: mais de uma hora sentada parecendo fantasma. PÉSSIMO LUGAR!!!
I spent more than 15min to order, 40min later and none of the drinks arrived... I got tired of waiting and called the manager and there wasn't even that. So I headed for the exit and reported.... Result: more than an hour of sitting looking like a ghost. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem potencial pra ser um ótimo local pra curtir na noite, porém há certos pontos a serem observados: é usado um sistema de comanda digital onde se leva muito tempo pra fazer o cadastro de cada cliente, resultando em filas demoradas na entrada. Na hora da saída a comanda deve ser apresentada na entrada para o pagamento, o que causa outra fila para sair pois não há uma definição de quem é o funcionário que deve cuidar da saída. Outro ponto importante é que é cobrada uma taxa de R$20,00 de entrada, mas em nenhum momento foi avisado, causando uma "surpresa" na hora de pagar a conta. Fora isso, o feijão verde é muito bom, assim como a banda que estava tocando. Pena que a Spaten estava quente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar relativamente novo, amplo e com atrações de sexta a domingo. Happy hour na semana que vai até as 20:00hs com drinks em dobro e no sábado vai até as 19:00hs. Oferecem benefícios para os aniversariantes e convidados.
Ponto que precisa ser melhorado: recepção deve colocar mais pessoas devido o cadastro das informações por comanda individual (demora muito) e o pagamento devem colocar em outro local evitando aglomeração na entrada do estabelecimento.
Relatively new place, large and with attractions from Friday to Sunday. Happy hour on week that goes until 20:00hs with double drinks and on Saturday goes until 19:00hs. Offer benefits for birthdays and guests.
Point that needs to be improved: reception must place more people due to the registration of information by individual command (it takes a long time) and payment must be placed in another place avoiding agglomeration at the entrance of the establishment.
