★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante...a moça aferiu as medidas e me deu peças que estavam longe de ser o número que uso,colocou vários sutiãs na minha sacola, não me deixou escolher,me atendeu como se eu fosse um objeto,voltarei na loja e pegarei o nome de quem me atendeu,isso não se faz, além de mentir que não tinha números maiores,eu olhei números maiores mas optei em sair da loja por tamanho constrangimento, melhorem!

I always shop at the end of the year. Prices are affordable and the service is excellent! Salespeople don't push you for goods you don't want, they sell what you really need / want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente, ou era cliente Loungerie há algum tempo. No dia 13/04 fui à Loja do Bourbon junto com minha filha e irmã e fomos ignoradas o tempo todo em que estivemos na loja. Quando entramos, eu falei com a vendedora que já éramos clientes e que eu estava apresentando a loja para minha irmã que queria comprar algumas peças e, para minha surpresa e decepção fomos ignoradas pela vendora que foi atender outra cliente que entrou na loja depois de nós. Total decepção, nesta loja não volto mais..?
I am a customer, or have been a Loungerie customer for some time. On 04/13 I went to Loja do Bourbon with my daughter and sister and we were ignored the entire time we were in the store. When we entered, I told the saleswoman that we were already customers and that I was introducing the store to my sister who wanted to buy some pieces and, to my surprise and disappointment, we were ignored by the saleswoman who went to serve another customer who entered the store after us. . Total disappointment, I won't be coming back to this store again..?
