★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu até compro na Loungerie, mas alguns funcionários não aprenderam a atender. Nada que um bom curso de atendimento ao cliente não ajude. São seletivos no atendimento, e eu que tenho cara de pobre e sou pobre, piorou! As vezes quero comprar, entro olho e fico constrangida em procurar preços, experimentar... Já desisti algumas vezes. Comprei duas vezes, as outras peças que tenho de lá, foram presentes. Mas o produto é de qualidade, vale a pena adquirir.
I even shop at Loungerie, but some employees haven't learned to attend. Nothing that a good customer service course won't help. They are selective in the service, and I, who look like a poor person and am poor, got worse! Sometimes I want to buy, I look at it and I feel embarrassed to look for prices, try... I've given up a few times. I bought it twice, the other pieces I have from there were gifts. But the product is of quality, worth buying.
