★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato perguntando se estava aberto, responderam que sim, fui até o local, parei carro afastado, perguntei novamente porque parecia fechado, responderam que atendimento normal, fui a pé, ao chegar, estavam lavando e mal sabiam dizer se estava aberto. Nota: eram umas 18h10, e está constando como que abre as 17h....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos um lanche e uma porção de fritas , pediram de 40 a 60 min para entregar, demorou 1:40 minutos para entregar, até aí tudo bem , quando o lanche chegou e fomos comer , achamos o hambúrguer sem sal, porém até então é uma questão de paladar, mas além disso o lanche estava frio , e a batata também, sem contar que estava murcha, ainda pra ajudar colocaram a embalagem de lanchem em cima da embalagem de fritas que tinha cheddar e bacon , então ficou toda amassada.
Deixo aqui minha insatisfação, mas com a finalidade de que seja uma crítica construtiva.

I leave here my dissatisfaction, but with the purpose that it be constructive criticism.

Primeiramente os lanche são tudo de bom, não temos o q reclama.
Agora o atendimento é péssimo fui busca um lanche com meu esposo e a recepcionista muito mal educada, trata a gente como um nada. Uma pessoa ant pática que não deveria está em um lugar tão bom. Ela tem uma cara de quem não queria está trabalhando, onde já se viu uma pessoa trabalha com o público e maltrata o público dela o lugar já foi bom para comer com família etc... Agora a recepcionista de vocês não é a candidata certa para público, acho que ela nunca trabalhou com público. É uma pessoa arrogante de pouca empatia. A empresa tá de parabéns com os lanches, só melhore o atendimento que não é agradável.
