★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradável, aconchegante com produtos de qualidade excepcional. Excelente pra tomar um café da tarde, comer uma sobremesa ou até mesmo fazer um lanche rápido. Opções vão de bebidas, como chocolate quente e café, doces, no pode-se escolher entre tortas, bolos, pudins, cookies, e salgados, como coxinhas e tortas salgadas diversas. Definitivamente, vale a visita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito, comida boa para comer no local, atendimento razoável, no Instagram parecem todos sempre cordiais, mas presencialmente não vejo a mesma cordialidade. Já fiz algumas encomendas para retirada, porém em nenhuma deu certo, um bolo de aniversário o chantiliy estava com sabor estranho não sei se era a quantidade do corante, outra o bolo veio com marcas no chantily que parecia de dedo, provavelmente na hora de embalar enconstaram e não arrumaram, e na última tive o pedido enviado a outro cliente, fui informada que me enviariam o meu produto em casa após desfazer a troca, me propus a aguardar na loja, e ficamos para tomar uma café, sentamos a mesa, e observamos que a proprietária só saiu após 15 minutos para desfazer o erro, quando chegou com o meu produto tempos depois não recebemos um simples pedido de desculpas, não consegui tirar foto da minha filha com o bolo pois ela ficou cansada e dormiu antes de registrarpmos o momento, erros acontecem mas esse já é o terceiro, não senti empatia em nenhum deles, compro pelos produtos que são bons, mas o atendimento que deveria ser como pregam não acontece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo, charmoso, delicado, aconchegante. Amo os doces, bolos de pote, chocolate quente, e também a torta de frango que é bem recheada e é uma delícia!
Quando a proprietária está no local, percebe-se um atendimento melhor por parte das meninas, nos outros dias atendimento razoável.
Outro ponto é o horário, alguns dias fecham ás 19:00h, se você chegar 18:50 já não querem te atender mais, o que é realmente uma pena.
No demais o lugar é realmente muito bonito e aconchegante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar que realmente se preocupa em atender bem as pessoas, não somente com carisma e atenção, mas com produtos frescos e de qualidade! Fui em uma tarde de domingo, o ambiente estava limpo e organizado. A escolha das comidinhas são bem praticas, pelo app é possivel ver a foto do que está pedindo, o valor e concluindo o que selecionou vai direto para a produção :D. É possivel ver o pessoal preparando os pedidos pelo vidro que tem para a cozinha. Ampla diversidade de opções (Deu vontade de pedir muuuuuita coisa kkkk). Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes!!
A place that really cares about serving people well, not only with charisma and attention, but with fresh and quality products! I went on a Sunday afternoon, the environment was clean and organized. It is possible to see the staff preparing the orders through the glass that they have for the kitchen. Wide range of options (I wanted to order soooooooooooooooooo thing). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no estabelecimento pelo menos duas vezes, e tivemos dois diferentes tratamentos. Na primeira não tivemos muita atenção da atendente e nos fez pedi algo que não combinou muito com o capuccino gourmet, que foi outro item que não nos agradou muito, achamos que fosse uma coisa e era outra. Já na segunda passagem pelo lugar, foi diferente, pedimos café com uma fatia de bolo que estava muito bom, o atendimento melhorou mas ainda sim falta um pouco mais de preparo das atendentes do balcão.
O lugar é lindo, os deves deliciosos, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento.

On the second visit to the place, it was different, we ordered coffee with a slice of cake, which was very good, the service improved but there is still a little more preparation by the counter attendants.
The place is beautiful, the musts are delicious, but the service needs to improve.

A DEMORA para te atender e te servir é descomunal. Sim, um adjetivo que cabe para o estabelecimento. No momento que estou avaliando saiu um cliente que cansou de esperar e nem está cheio.

Além de saborear doces, bebidas e salgados maravilhosos, os clientes ainda aproveitam a decoração que é bem charmosa para fazer altos cliques. Os meus destaques para as produtos são: o empadão de camarão que vem um pedaço bem generoso que dá para dividir para duas pessoas; o cappucino Premium com borda de Nutella é saboroso demais; os cookies são tops. Vale muito a pena conhecer e conferir.
