Era a primeira vez que visitava a loja e senti falta de organização pois as mercadorias estavam misturadas mesmo a loja estando sem muitos clientes; senti falta de atendimento pois é difícil ficar procurando mercadoria na bagunça e quando eu achava algo que agradava, não tinha estampa/cor ou faltava tamanho e nada de vendedora para ajudar pois estavam ocupadas conversando e olhando para o nada...tive vária vezes que ir atrás de uma para me dar informação. Fui na expectativa de comprar muito para revenda e sai apenas com $240 de compra pois perdi a paciência de ter que me virar. Comprei produtos parecidos em lojas menores vizinhas.
Pode ter sido um fato isolado o que houve comigo, mas espero que melhorem.
It goes a long way in the expectation of making a good purchase. Unfortunately it didn't happen. It was the first time I visited the store and I felt a lack of organization because the goods were mixed even though the store was without many customers; I missed the service because it is difficult to keep looking for merchandise in the mess and when I found something I liked, there was no pattern / color or lack of size and no salesperson to help because they were busy talking and looking at nothing ... I had several times that go after one to give me information. I was hoping to buy a lot for resale and left with only $ 240 to buy because I lost the patience of having to turn around. I bought similar products at smaller neighboring stores.
It may have been an isolated event that happened to me, but I hope they will improve.
