★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, painéis n funcionam (alguns botões),ar n funcionam direito,os espelhos com marcas de mãos. Torneira n fecha direito...Pernoite 120,00...poderiam ao menos ter u bom atendimento, mas se vc ligar p recepção e reclamar, estejam preparados para desligarem na sua cara e n adianta ligar novamente pq elas n atendem.
Bad service, panels do not work (some buttons),ar do not work properly, mirrors with handprints. Faucet does not close properly... Overnight 120.00... they could at least have u good service, but if you call the reception and complain, be prepared to turn it off in your face and it's no use calling again because they don't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimentos não é dos melhores. Acho que as atendentes ficam chateadas de abrir e fechar o portão manualmente ai faz um péssimo atendimento kkkk. Mas as suítes em si são boas, ar condicionado normalmente funcionam bem. Só as suítes de 25 reais que não são tão boas e o ar é antigo e não presta.
The service is not the best. I think the attendants are annoyed to open and close the gate manually, there is a terrible service kkkk. But the suites themselves are fine, air conditioning usually works fine. Only the suites for 25 reais are not so good and the air is old and no good.
