★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência neste estabelecimento, pois me entregaram o pet sem concluir a tosa dele, sob alegação de que ele não colaborou para que a aludida tosa ocorresse. Ou seja, tosa pela metade... patas, unhas, cabeça e banho por fazer... valor R$ 70,00. Me senti lesada e até o momento, irresignada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos minha cadela para banhar às 8h da manhã e as 3h da tarde minha mãe foi buscar, daí nem tinham banhado ela ainda e a pequena ainda estava morrendo de fome. Eles não avisam quando o cachorro fica pronto e não é a primeira vez. Da outra vez deixei outro pela manhã, e peguei na mesma manhã, daí a tarde me ligaram dizendo pra eu buscar ele. Iriam me dar outro cachorro? Cuidado ao deixar seu pet lá.
We left my dog to bathe at 8:00 in the morning and at 3:00 in the afternoon my mother went to fetch her, so they hadn't even bathed her yet and the little one was still starving. They don't tell you when the dog is ready and it's not the first time. The other time I left another one in the morning, and I picked it up the same morning, then in the afternoon they called me telling me to pick it up. Would they give me another dog? Be careful when leaving your pet there.
